1. To meet the desires and aspirations of all the Bhutanese Nepalese to form a CanadianBhutanese Association in Ottawa.

 

2. To provide moral support to all the Bhutanese Nepalese living in Ottawa through counselling and motivations to live good lives in a new place of settlement.

 

3. To promote integrity, harmony and brotherhood among one another through different means such as face to face interactions, visits, conduction of cultural programs, games and sports, festivals and entertainments etc.

 

4. To provide social and monetary assistance through contributions from the community and other sources during difficult times such as death, sickness, acute financial crisis etc.

 

5. To help assist and serve the genuine needs and problems of some families at different places which arise due to language barriers and ethnic backgrounds.

 

6. To guide and recommend for job search workshops, explore job opportunities and the areas of skill development.

 

7. To promote sports, language, culture, lifestyles and recreational activities.

 

8. To fully respect religious rights and freedoms of the fellow friends.

 

9. To facilitate and promote the smooth transition and integration of Bhutanese community into the general population of Canada.
